The COVID-19 pandemic reinforced my research interests on the links between family ties, health and wellbeing in later life. Using data from the earlier stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, my ongoing research explores how the pandemic has influenced family relations, health and wellbeing of older adults in different countries and/or global regions.
